...Here in New Zealand, we?ve had Lego since the 70?s, but only got our first dedicated store in the last three years! It?s in a high-end mall, so there?s probably a lot less asshole behaviour than other locations....

Generally, opened sets aren?t eligible (from what I can remember; it?s been a couple years since I worked there), but at the manager?s discretion they can decide to take a return or exchange....
