...I setup the SCA and TESTED everything including the public hold feature. It worked perfect, the hard hold button on the phone would put calls to a public hold with the option of a private hold VMP Key on the screen. The only thing I didn?t really test was the call barging....

...Hello all, Having an issue with our grandstream phones - when calls are received and not answered, they simply drop with being forwarded to voicemail. Voicemail has been setup and as far as I can tell has been enabled so I?m unsure as to why this would be happening. Any feedback would be great....
