My emails to the address do not come back undelivered. I tried the help service, via Web Chat. I used the webchat help yesterday for 3 hours and I was assured all was in order....

Set up a free Gmail account and divert your BT mail to Gmail and you never need use BT's software again. My Gmail stays logged in and even starts automatically when my browser opens....
