...UPS tracking number shows the package was delivered. I was home all day. I did not get the package. I contacted UPS and they checked the tracking number. The shipping label showed a different name and address from mine. They could not tell me who or where it went because of policy. I contacted the seller about this problem. No reply....

...When I got home I wanted to add the new shipment to my informed delivery for tracking. At first I looked at the shipped labels page for the user to see if it had a new tracking number but it shows the same old one, so I looked at my new counter receipt and it has same tracking number I already set last week....
