...Websites take far longer than usual to load up (about 10 seconds just to load up facebook), however when I run a speedtest on speedtest.net, it says my ping is 10, Download 850mbps, and upload 50 mbps. My PC is very solid too, 3080ti gpu, 11700k cpu, 64gb ram, etc......

I used ookla, fast.com, and google?s internet speed test which gave me the corresponding 160mbps, 250mbps, and 580 mbps. I tested each website 5 times and the above recorded data is the average. It was generally consistent. These differences are crazy and I?m not sure which one to believe....
