If you have recorded your photos every 6 seconds then you should be able to dump all the appropriate images from the video using this script....

I have an issue with Pixelan FX that I cannot see previews if I apply their FX as a track FX whereas if I apply the FX to an individual clip or several indivdual clips on at a time, I see the preview fine....
