I'm using Telstra 250Mbps NBN in Australia, and the speed is just unbearable! Right now, Telegram is taking more than a minute to upload a 5MB file....

...I'd like to use the tab Telegram Web client of Edge, but it's crazy slow compared to Telegram Desktop. Is there any reason for that? It takes several seconds to load images, performance is sluggish, etc. Premium user, no VPN, decent enough PC and, again, Desktop is blazing fast. I use the Z client, but A is as slow and crappier....
