...I did these two things without restarting my iphone 13 max and it returned to instant mail refreshes and no more sluggishness. 1- close out all apps that are open including mail 2- go into settings>mail>message list>preview. Change that setting to Preview 1 line. 3- open mail app and check mail in a couple accounts....
