Nationwide Online Current Account Statements missing
...We used to get our FlexAccount statements as pdf from online banking. Nationwide have changed their website so that you now have to select the account for which you want a statement from a drop-down list. The drop-down list shows all my savings accounts but does not show my FlexDirect account, so I am unable to get the statements for this account....

...This happened to me a few months ago, the letter text is incorrect. You do need the card reader to register for the first time, not just the memorable data. You can use a card reader from another bank in the mean time before your nationwide one is delivered....

...I use Firefox and the Nationwide website and online banking site are both fine. That's also the case with the Coventry website, either you misunderstood what they told you or you got someone who didn't know the right answer and just said something to fob you off....

...Nationwide do things slightly differently - they use (d?) the sort code to identify different account types. For example 07-01-16 was the sort code for original FlexAccounts, 07-10-40 was used for some savings accounts....
