Is it worth paying more for a Wren kitchen compared to B&Q or Wickes ...
...I find B&Q to be a typical budjet kitchen flat pack, 3mm back panels and thinner carcases, been a while since I've done a wickes (Travis Perkins and Benchmarx are the same all owned by TP) but I don't remember them being any better, none of which are of the quality of Wren. I fit a lot of Howdens kitchens, I would put these against Wren any time, obviously, like Wren they have different prices ......

...Being a kitchen fitter myself and from the brands you have mentioned, I personally would choose Howdens, I believe their Burford range is a good solid door and built to last, their carcases are all solid 18mm rigid construction (unless you go for their cheaper flat-pack option) B&Q in my opinion are not good quality, very flimsy and only 3mm back panels, Wickes are ok, if you decide on a ......

...Wickes tend to have similar style as B&Q which is reasonable in price but not the best quality. Having built several kitchens, would strongly recommend using Howdens (will have to register as a trader to purchase directly)....

How do you get tiles to stick to plywood? - MyBuilder
...Once again all available from B&Q. Also when you stick the tiles make sure you cover the whole tile with adhesive, dont put it on the wood, and make grooves in the adhesive....
