...I?m having trouble login to my email account on my main computer. I have no problem accessing it via my iPad or phone, I need to delete a few emails, and to do it individually on my iPad would be painful i put in my name and password and then it says I need bt 2 step authorisation. Any suggestion......

If you click on 'My BT' top right of website page and get that login screen Did you enter your full email address and then click on 'Next' - It looks like 'Next' is still a purple colour - same as background of screen which usually means it has not been clicked....

...I have 3 btinternet email IDs and cannot log in to any of them today using a web browser (chrome, edge and firefox on 2 laptops). It says my email address or password are incorrect. ...Re: "Your account is temporarily locked" @Carlusha A much better option to collect email. However, being pedantic, you are not permanently logged in. Thunderbird stores your login details and periodically logs in, checks for new mail and logs out. Much more secure than being permanently logged in....
