...Monitor: HP M27fwa OS: Windows 10 So my issue is that whenever I am browsing videos (youtube, WSL, Netflix, etc) I get a black screen for a moment (less than 1sec) almost everytime I load a video, maximize or minimize the browser window where I am watching the video, close the window, etc. This happens in both my browsers (Chrome and Edge)....

...Why is Netflix App not running as independent application? Netflix App installed from Microsoft Store when lunched is running as if it were Microsoft Edge browser. Certain functions are not running, such as Downloads (only available in application). Are there Edge settings that will allow the Netflix application to run independently? I am on Win10....
