Can't access Santander online banking without registering OTP on phone ...
...You need to ring Santander Online banking technical help on 0845 600 4388 and ask them to remove that page. They're open from 7am to 11pm Monday-Saturday and 9-9 on Sunday I think? They can just remove the page, but you won't be able to set new first time payments up without the OTP....
