...I?ve finally decided to give Remicade a try after having 2 flares while on Entyvio. I started Entyvio in October 2018 and got 4 months out of it. I?m worried because my GI told me that the success rate of Remicade will only be 30-40% because Entyvio didn?t work for me....

...So, only 23% of Entyvio patients as opposed to 8% placebo achieved remission... that seems terrible. Additionally, it's more likely than not I'll relapse within a year of starting Entyvio. I understand statistics, but I don't understand how these "wonder drugs" are considered as changing the treatment landscape....

I have it in my mind that remi is my nuclear bomb last resort biologic similar to my current GI as it has highest success rate) gave me the choice of HD and Lialda, I told him whatever he thought....

...Entyvio is my last hope and I am also tapering prednisone (currently at 20 mg). I feel like a new person at this point. I went to Mayo Clinic three weeks ago and my Dr suggested Entyvio because I have had some bad reactions to the Remicade, humira and Cimzia. Before I went to Mayo, I was using the restroom about 22 times per day....
