My wife and I would both use the same computer to check online banking (both Santander C/A), she doesn't have the Santander App on her phone either. We use Chrome browser and have the AdNauseam plugin to block ads....

...I keep trying to register for online banking with Santander, I have a new mortgage with them, no bank account. they keep sending me emails saying I can register for online banking with just my mortgage number and mobile. when I enter in the details (mortgage account number) it keep asking me for a banking sort code despite clearly stating mortgage account holders dont need a banking sortcode ......
