login issues with outlook - BT Community
...I have issues getting my btinternet account to load onto the new Outlook email. Always asking for the password, then as soon as I try to access the inbox it drops out and I get "access denied". Any help much appreciated ....

...Seriously, we have 3 BT email accounts and all are logged in continuously. We use an email client, in our case the brilliant Mozilla Thunderbird, to download our emails, including those via gmail etc....

However, there was a further problem when I closed down and restarted my system in that BT Mail seemed to hang when another tab (BBC News) was slow to open....
