Friends cannot download media, despite no restrictions
...Had a friend create free Plex account. I was able to Grant library access, with downloads enabled (Settings-> Server-> Manage Library Access->, User-> Restrictions-> Allow Downloads-> ENABLED), and they can see all content in the libraries I have shared with them. They cannot download my media for offline/airplane viewing....
