...TSB's online services have always been pretty useless IMHO. The current "once-only" required security confirmation of a text containing a code happens every single time I logon to online banking despite my saying it is a "trusted" source. It's an absolute PITA....

Was logged in when applying for a second current account, was accepted, but asked to chose a new username and a password. I vaguely remember (not sure) that there was some information that I'd be able to add it to the old online account later....

Anyone else gets often locked out of their TSB online banking
...Opened my second TSB current account a month ago, now waiting for the switch bonus to be paid in December. I got locked out of their online banking in October, after modifying one of my existing standing orders (which eventually wasn't modified). Today I set up a new savings account with LLoyds and sent £400 to it from the new TSB account....
