...Hi, I have a problem with a payment of £800 that has gone 'missing'. It left a Nationwide account on Mon 27 Apr, and would take up to 5 working days to arrive into my HSBC bank account. However, as it didn't appear, Nationwide began a trace on it last Monday, but as of yet, they haven't managed to come back to me with a response. What are my options in finding this £800 that has disappeared ......
