...Run 2 separate 100mm ducts to a Y or T piece and the inline fan to the remaining outlet. The exhaust side of inline fan then vents to the outside. Make sure you fit back draught shutters otherwise you may end up just transferring exhaust air from one room to another....

...When doing this in the past I have wired in such a way that both operate together to prevent any vapour travelling from one room to the other. Depending on the run a simple Y piece should prevent this but just something to consider, back draught flaps are also an option....
