...When in BBC IPlayer half way through streaming a programme screen goes black. If I do nothing it stays black. Only way to fix is to put skyq to standby then switch back on, and then reload IPlayer...

I click on it and can usually sign in then I often get a blank screen rather than the menu or the program I am trying to watch loading. Sometimes I can't get as far as logging in.
