Dashcam - Volvo EX30 Forum
...Waiting for my Black Ultra RWD and considering dashcam options. Ideally would have preferred a BMW - like system utilizing the existing cameras, but I don't believe that it's possible. The most elegant solution I've seen so far is Fitcamx which has a very OEM look, but I've yet to see one dedicated to the EX30. Has anyone pursued this Fitcamx solution further? Thanks....

...I have just received the Fitcamx for the EX30 and will be tackling installing it today. In the box there is a USB stick but I can't see what it is for. Can anyone help please? The instructions don't mention it and I can't see how or where it would be connected to the actual unit itself anywhere. I can only assume it would be for enabling a laptop to connect to the dashcam to retrieve footage ......

However, it seems that most dash cams still come with a cigarette lighter plug, which the EX30 doesn't have....
