...I am finding they have made changes to their login process at some point in January which make things a lot more hassle. My wife and I would both use the same computer to check online banking (both Santander C/A), she doesn't have the Santander App on her phone either. We use Chrome browser and have the AdNauseam plugin to block ads....

...Having a issue when I login opens on the account page OK but once I attempt to navigate anywhere it brings up screen online banking not available. Sometimes if I click on the back arrow it does take me back to the accounts page....

...I keep trying to register for online banking with Santander, I have a new mortgage with them, no bank account. they keep sending me emails saying I can register for online banking with just my mortgage number and mobile. when I enter in the details (mortgage account number) it keep asking me for a banking sort code despite clearly stating mortgage account holders dont need a banking sortcode ......

Santander OTP code every time I want to look at my account
...Every time I log in to my Santander online account I get a request to put in a code into my mobile phone.This is inconvenient as I do not always have my mobile handy to my desktop PC, I am 78 years old and it is not an easy task to get up and down the stairs etc.I have spoken to Santander and they are not interested, they tell me that it is all automated and they cannot do anything....

...I first found about this mid April23, the payment limit only applies for online and mobile banking and Santander say " it let's you the customer control how much you can send from your account in one transaction from your personal accounts" Payments made on your card, in branch (if can actually find one), by telephone banking aren't included....

...Santander is my main account and I usually log in daily. Most times I use the app (old version usually but sometimes also the new). Occasionally, I have to use online banking, e.g. to change an SO. I use Chrome for online banking, and the app is on iPhone. I can?t recall any login or other usability issues....
