...But I don't get how Muldraugh can be manageable other than just picking a very remote home and swallowing the inconvenience of long-distance looting runs. It was insane. We made it 6 days and decided to delete the world and start another with a different spawn point. How do you guys manage this? I've heard West Point is even worse....

...I'm currently based in a corner house at the walled community northeast of the pond, where I imagine a lot of people also base on their Muldraugh runs. ...My playthrough rn is in muldraugh. There's an absurd amount of zeds that I have to kill with my crowbar, I got 1000 kills and I didn't even clear a quarter of muldraugh, a house alarm attracted another 1k zeds to my area and I had to kill another 200 zeds just to get to the police station to get guns and clear the other horde....

...Muldraugh is one of the cities, I don't like because the main area has way to many zombies for my taste and the actual bases I had were basically at the edge of Muldraugh (the bar in the south and that fully fenced small house near the trailerpark). ...Police station in the south is pretty much the only location if I remember correctly. It's really the worst location on the map to find guns, you will need to venture elsewhere to get loaded with guns + ammo. Check any police car trunks/gloveboxes you find as they are often loaded with more weapons than an armoury locker. You can try looting lickskillet/ekron as there is a hunting supplies ......
